addition to the information listed below, each week all participants for which
we have email addresses will receive a health tip with additional encouragement
from Scale Back Alabama. Please note that the first week's email will be delayed
by one week to give the local coordinators time after the initial weigh-ins to
enter all of their team information into our statewide database. So, you may get
two emails the second week.
The health tips below may also be supplemented with materials in the
Scale Back Alabama toolkit. Click
